Please read carefully prior to sending your items back.

Refunds

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Card payments can take up to 72 hours to appear on your balance. This is completely normal as banks processing times can differ between different branches. Paypal and klarna are instant reversals. We do not send emails to say a return has been received back to us. Please refer to your tracking number from your return postage receipt to confirm it has arrived back. We do not offer exchanges.

ย Once a refund / credit note has been issued, you will receive an email from us to confirm your refund has been approved.

We cannot refund money to alternative accounts under any circumstances. Refunds are issued to the card the order is placed with and credit notes are issued to the email address that is used.

Credit notes

Credit notes that are issued are valid for 1 year once they are processed. These will be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed. You will be able to use this at checkout on any future orders. Store credit cannot be sold or transferred to third party customers and must be used by the account holder only. Moda minx will not be held responsible for any issues with store credit if you choose to disregard this policy.

To use your store credit you must make an account. If you do not have an accountย click hereย to create one. Your store credit will appear here once it is issued. At checkout you will have an option to pay via credit or an alternative payment method. If the order value is higher then the store credit you will need to pay the difference using your preferred payment method.

Non-refundable productsย 

Some of our items are non-refundable or returnable only for store credit. Please take note before purchasing so you are aware of what can be returned for a refund.

Swimwear & bikini's

These products are returnable for store credit only. Any swim wear returned without hygiene stickers will immediately be rejected for refund. Any swimwear that is worn will not be accepted for return under no circumstance. Once worn that item has been deemed in good condition on arrival and damages after that will not be our responsibility.ย

Worn / used items

Any items that show signs of being worn, used, marked, stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Please take care when trying on any under wear or swim bottoms and please check they are not marked inside prior to sending back.

Missing hygiene tags & labels

Items that are missing tags, labels or hygiene stickers will not be eligible for a refund. If we believe any of these have been removed, replaced or tampered with they will not be accepted back. Please check your items thoroughly before removing them.

Hair accessories & jewellery

For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns on any of these items. This includes hairbands and scrunchies. This is retail policy and even with tags we are unable to accept them back.

Sale items / final sale

Sale items are returnable for store credit only. This does not apply to discount codes. Final sale items are the last / discontinued stock and are non-returnable and will be stated on the product as such.

Customised items

Handmade products or customised products are not eligible for returns. As they are made specifically to the specifications of the customer we are unable to resell them. This will be stated on the product. Please note a lot of our embellished swimwear is generally handmade and crochet designs will be hand sewn.
